Challenges Employees Face with Their Leaders Across Cultures; It's Not What You Think. | REBORRN x Delphi Economic Forum
We are thrilled to launch a survey report in partnership with the platform of the Delphi Economic Forum and share our insights on employee leadership challenges. (Heads up, it’s not what you expect)
As today's workplace undergoes rapid transformation driven by technological advancements, globalisation, and changing societal values, the Future of Work and employee dynamics are increasingly important topics. These require leaders to navigate complex changes while fostering environments where employees can thrive.
At REBORRN, helping people and businesses work and operate in the most effective and efficient way possible is one of our top priorities. Thus, conversations such as the Future of Work are at the top of our agenda. Having had the opportunity to work with organisations of various sizes and industries around the world has helped us to realise how unique each company is in terms of its Team Operating System (OS). We work with clients worldwide to redesign their team operating systems, making them more effective and efficient. This brings us closer to understanding how employees view leadership challenges—and that was our inspiration for this survey.
Through this survey, we aimed to get the employee’s perspective on what the main leadership challenges are. We invited participants from large enterprises across Greece, United Kingdom and South Korea to share the challenges they experience, their frequency, and their importance.
We’re not giving any spoilers on the findings but one thing is for sure: Expect the unexpected.
As part of the Delphi Economic Forum, our Managing Partner and experienced Organisational Design professional, Kelly Panagiotidou, is going to share the survey’s methodology and key findings with the rest of the business world (“Beyond Borders, Shared Needs: A Global Survey on the Challenges Leaders Should Have on Their Radar”) . Our goal is to initiate a conversation about the future for employees, which aspects of leadership they actually care about, and invite business leaders and people enthusiasts to challenge their preconceptions.
